Stuart D. Albea graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude in 2002. While in school, Stuart was published in the Alabama Law Review. After graduation, he clerked for the Hon. Thomas B. Bennett, a U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge. Since then, Stuart has been representing the citizens of Alabama in all manner of cases, including car accident cases, divorce and family law matters, and criminal proceedings. Stuart is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Georgia.
